Happiness Campaign
Project Overview In November 2023, I led the launch of the “Happiness Guarantee” marketing campaign for Fone Haus. This ongoing initiative underscores our commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring a delightful shopping experience both in-store and online.
Campaign Strategy The “Happiness Guarantee” campaign is designed to set Fone Haus apart by emphasizing our customer-centric approach. It’s not just a marketing gimmick but includes tangible benefits for our customers:
- Extended Warranty: Providing customers with longer warranty periods for added peace of mind.
- Free Screen Replacement: A no-questions-asked guarantee for free screen replacements.
- 48-Hour Exchange Guarantee: A hassle-free exchange policy within 48 hours of purchase.
Prominent Endorsements To enhance the campaign’s reach and credibility, we collaborated with well-known personalities:
- NRL Legend Johnathan Thurston
- Popular Comedian Tuli Mahn
- Multi-awarded South Pacific Singer Sean Rii
Omni-channel Marketing Approach The campaign utilizes a comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategy to maximize its reach and impact:
- Digital Marketing: Engaging content across social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
- Video Marketing: Compelling video ads featuring our celebrity endorsers.
- Influencer Marketing: Leveraging the reach and influence of local celebrities and influencers.
- Outdoor Advertising: High-visibility billboards and banners in strategic locations.
- In-Store Advertising: Eye-catching displays and promotions within our physical stores.
- Newspaper Advertising: Strategic placements in leading newspapers to target a wide audience.
Campaign Results The “Happiness Guarantee” campaign has successfully:
- Enhanced Customer Satisfaction: Positive feedback from customers appreciating the new guarantees and policies.
- Increased Foot Traffic and Online Engagement: More customers visiting our stores and engaging with us online.
- Strengthened Brand Image: Positioning Fone Haus as a customer-first company dedicated to ensuring happiness with every purchase.
Conclusion The “Happiness Guarantee” campaign highlights my ability to conceive and execute customer-centric marketing strategies that not only boost sales but also reinforce brand loyalty. This initiative showcases my skills in managing multi-channel campaigns, leveraging celebrity endorsements, and delivering substantial benefits to customers.
