Objective:

  • To digitize the training process for Fone Haus’s 300 staff members.
  • To provide accessible training resources at any time of the day, on both desktop and mobile devices.

Challenges Addressed:

  • The need for a more flexible and accessible training solution compared to traditional in-person sessions.
  • Ensuring effective communication between course participants and instructors.
  • Automating the certification process to streamline the training experience.

Features:

  • Digital Courses: Comprehensive online courses covering various training modules.
  • Messaging Platform: A built-in messaging system for participants to communicate with each other and their instructors.
  • Automated Certificates: Automatic generation and distribution of certificates upon successful completion of the final course.
  • Cross-Platform Accessibility: Accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, ensuring flexibility for all users.

My Role:

  • Led the development and launch of the training application.
  • Coordinated with the development team to design and implement the key features.
  • Ensured the application met the needs of staff and improved the overall training process.

Technologies Used:

  • WordPress: The primary platform for developing the application.
  • LMS (Learning Management System): Used to create and manage the digital courses.
  • Custom Plugins: Developed and integrated custom plugins to enhance functionality, including the messaging platform and automated certification.

Achievements:

  • Increased Accessibility: Enabled staff to access training materials anytime and anywhere.
