Objective:
- To digitize the training process for Fone Haus’s 300 staff members.
- To provide accessible training resources at any time of the day, on both desktop and mobile devices.

My Role:
- Led the development and launch of the training application.
- Coordinated with the development team to design and implement the key features.
- Ensured the application met the needs of staff and improved the overall training process.
Technologies Used:
- WordPress: The primary platform for developing the application.
- LMS (Learning Management System): Used to create and manage the digital courses.
- Custom Plugins: Developed and integrated custom plugins to enhance functionality, including the messaging platform and automated certification.
